Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

All orders are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays with cut off for each shipping day being midnight the day before. Orders can also be picked up (for free!) from my studio in SE15, London.

Shipping International

Please contact us before buying as we will adjust prices depending on where you are shipping to. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, 3-4 during the Christmas period.

Please note that some destinations and orders may incur customs charges. This is to be paid for by the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a swap or a credit, and in some cases a refund. Please make contact within 5 days of receipt and return the item within 5 days of contact. Returned items must be unused, and shipped back in the same condition so that the work does not break in transit, and must be paid for by the customer. Broken or used returns sadly will not be eligible for a credit. Please contact me for more information.
If the work has been commissioned by you and includes a custom inscription, stamp or other personalisation, you won't be eligible for a refund, swap or credit.  Postage will not be refunded.

All returns are at the sole discretion of Lizzie Richards Ceramics and we reserve the right to refuse any return.​
